In the event of a change of name, you must notify the Company by email via the online booking form. The new beneficiary must also accept these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1450\">CONDITIONS OF SERVICE<\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"4459\">\n<li data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1982\">\n<p data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1681\">The voucher entitles the holder to participate in a hot air balloon flight to be scheduled by mutual agreement and carried out within <strong data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1625\">12 months from the date of issue<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1629\" \/>Unless otherwise specified, the voucher includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1982\">\n<li data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1716\">\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1716\">the hot air balloon flight;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1772\">\n<p data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1772\">breakfast and a celebratory toast after landing;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1911\">\n<p data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1911\">transportation by off-road vehicle from the meeting point to the take-off site and from the landing site back to the meeting point;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"1982\">\n<p data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1982\">the aeronautical insurance coverage required by applicable law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2199\">\n<p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2199\">The planned flight duration is approximately <strong data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2049\">45\u201360 minutes<\/strong>. For safety reasons, the pilot has full authority to determine the flight duration, conduct, route, and landing location. These may therefore vary.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2587\">\n<p data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2587\">Hot air balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The flight may be cancelled at any time prior to take-off if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable.<br data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2368\" \/>In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, the Company will offer a new flight date. The voucher is non-refundable, and no reimbursement will be provided for any other expenses incurred by you.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2743\">\n<p data-start=\"2592\" data-end=\"2743\">If flights are suspended due to force majeure, the validity of the voucher will be extended by a period equivalent to the duration of the suspension.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3143\" data-end=\"3348\">\n<p data-start=\"3146\" data-end=\"3348\">If you are unable to take the flight within the voucher\u2019s validity period due to pregnancy, the voucher validity will be extended for an additional <strong data-start=\"3294\" data-end=\"3307\">12 months<\/strong> from the date of written notification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3350\" data-end=\"3700\">\n<p data-start=\"3353\" data-end=\"3559\">The Company has taken out an aircraft carrier insurance policy in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 785\/2004 and Regulation (EU) No. 285\/2010.<br data-start=\"3497\" data-end=\"3500\" \/>The insurance coverage applies per passenger and covers:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3563\" data-end=\"3700\">\n<li data-start=\"3563\" data-end=\"3700\">\n<p data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3700\">personal injury and bodily harm.<br data-start=\"3597\" data-end=\"3600\" \/>Further details regarding deductibles and exclusions may be consulted at the Company\u2019s offices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3702\" data-end=\"3885\">\n<p data-start=\"3705\" data-end=\"3885\">The Company accepts no responsibility for damage to personal belongings carried on board, nor for damage to your vehicle or any items inside it while parked at the meeting point.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"4073\">\n<p data-start=\"3891\" data-end=\"4073\">The voucher is valid for <strong data-start=\"3916\" data-end=\"3952\">12 months from the date of issue<\/strong>. If the voucher is not used within this period, it will automatically expire and all related rights will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4075\" data-end=\"4459\">\n<p data-start=\"4079\" data-end=\"4459\">On the day prior to the scheduled flight, you are required to call the number +39 338 9077070 for flight confirmation based on weather conditions.<br data-start=\"4239\" data-end=\"4242\" \/>You may change your booking by email up to <strong data-start=\"4289\" data-end=\"4322\">5 days before the flight date<\/strong>. Failure to comply with this deadline, or failure to appear for the flight, will result in forfeiture of the voucher without any refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-start=\"4466\" data-end=\"4481\">SAFETY RULES<\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"4483\" data-end=\"6132\">\n<li data-start=\"4483\" data-end=\"4645\">\n<p data-start=\"4486\" data-end=\"4645\">The Company\u2019s mission is to ensure the highest level of safety throughout all phases of the flight. Nevertheless, as with any aircraft, residual risks exist.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4646\" data-end=\"4767\">\n<p data-start=\"4649\" data-end=\"4767\">All pilots are highly qualified and properly trained to assess and manage any risk that may arise during the flight.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4768\" data-end=\"4965\">\n<p data-start=\"4771\" data-end=\"4965\">At the time of purchasing the voucher, you are required to declare your physical and mental fitness to fly. Any subsequent impediments must be promptly reported by email to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4944\" data-end=\"4962\">flyitaly@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4967\" data-end=\"5326\">\n<p data-start=\"4970\" data-end=\"5061\">Circumstances that may prevent participation in the flight include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5065\" data-end=\"5326\">\n<li data-start=\"5065\" data-end=\"5079\">\n<p data-start=\"5067\" data-end=\"5079\">pregnancy;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5083\" data-end=\"5129\">\n<p data-start=\"5085\" data-end=\"5129\">injuries or surgeries that limit mobility;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5133\" data-end=\"5227\">\n<p data-start=\"5135\" data-end=\"5227\">inability to maintain the correct landing position (knees bent while holding the handles);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5231\" data-end=\"5326\">\n<p data-start=\"5233\" data-end=\"5326\">use of narcotic substances or being under the influence of alcohol at the time of boarding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5328\" data-end=\"5542\">\n<p data-start=\"5331\" data-end=\"5542\">In accordance with the Italian Navigation Code, the pilot may refuse boarding if any of the above conditions pose a safety risk. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to assess whether a refund is due.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5544\" data-end=\"5810\">\n<p data-start=\"5547\" data-end=\"5583\">Participation is permitted only for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5587\" data-end=\"5810\">\n<li data-start=\"5587\" data-end=\"5662\">\n<p data-start=\"5589\" data-end=\"5662\">children aged <strong data-start=\"5603\" data-end=\"5623\">6 years or older<\/strong> with a minimum height of <strong data-start=\"5649\" data-end=\"5659\">140 cm<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5666\" data-end=\"5723\">\n<p data-start=\"5668\" data-end=\"5723\">minors under 16 years of age accompanied by an adult;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5727\" data-end=\"5810\">\n<p data-start=\"5729\" data-end=\"5810\">minors aged 16 to 18 years who present written authorization from both parents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5812\" data-end=\"5958\">\n<p data-start=\"5815\" data-end=\"5958\">You are advised to wear comfortable clothing, preferably light-colored cotton garments, and sturdy footwear such as hiking boots or sneakers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"6033\" data-end=\"6132\">\n<p data-start=\"6036\" data-end=\"6132\">Smoking is strictly prohibited. Carrying dangerous or offensive items on board is not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-start=\"6139\" data-end=\"6149\">PRIVACY<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6151\" data-end=\"6350\">Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
