WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files consisting of portions of code that the sites visited by the user send to his terminal (to the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit of the same user.
Cookies may expire every time a browser session ends (between its opening and closing) and are defined as session cookies. Permanent cookies, on the other hand, are stored on the device for a longer period of time, allowing sites to store user actions and preferences. In some cases a deadline is set, in other cases the duration of the memorization is unlimited. This site does not use permanent cookies.
Every time you visit a site, a small portion of information (in the form of small text files) is saved in the user’s device called cookies.
Cookies are used to make the navigation of a site more efficient and simple and some operations could not be performed without the use of cookies, which in some cases are therefore technically necessary: by way of example, access home banking and the activities that can be carried out on your online bank account (viewing your account statement, wire transfers, bill payment, etc.) would be much more complex to carry out and less secure without the presence of cookies to identify the user and maintain identification within the session.
TYPOLOGY OF COOKIES ACCORDING TO THEIR CHARACTERISTICS AND USE:
Profiling cookies: They can be used to monitor and profile users while browsing, study their movements and habits of web browsing or consumption even with the aim of sending targeted and personalized advertising services. This site does not use cookies for advertising, marketing and profiling purposes.
Technical cookies: they are often necessary and indispensable because they can make web browsing faster and more efficient, for example they can facilitate some procedures for online purchases, in the case of authentication to restricted access areas or when a website automatically recognizes the language usually used. Without this type of cookie, the site or some of its portions may not work properly. Technical cookies include both session cookies and persistent cookies. This site uses cookies of this type.
Analytical cookies: these are cookies used by site managers to collect information, anonymously, on the number of users and on how they visit the site, and then draw up general statistics on the service and its use. These cookies can be disabled because they are not essential for the functionality of the site.
“First party” or “Third party” cookies: Depending on the website or the domain from which the cookie comes, “First party” or third party cookies are defined as those set by this website, or from this domain. They are not indispensable and collect information, in an anonymous form, such as the origins of the traffic from which visitors come for marketing campaigns or to improve the user experience.
Google analytics cookies, monitoring and statistics, anonymously.
“Third party” cookies or third-party cookies are cookies set by a domain other than the one visited by the user who are still set, as the visited site uses features managed by third parties (for example the integration of Facebook or icons of social networks for sharing the site content by the user). “Third party” cookies are sent from the domains of the partner sites or that offer the features present on the site.
The management of information collected by “third parties” is governed by the relevant information to which reference is made. To ensure greater transparency and convenience, the following are the web addresses of the various information and methods for managing cookies:

HOW TO MANAGE COOKIES:
The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies by checking and changing the settings from the preferences of his browser.
Attention </ b>: the total or partial disabling of technical cookies can compromise the use of the site features reserved for registered users. On the contrary, the use of public content is also possible by completely disabling cookies.
The disabling of “third-party” cookies does not affect the navigability in any way.
The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. In addition, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for cookies “owners” and those of “third parties”. Some browsers offer automated systems for the periodic cancellation of cookies. For example, in Firefox, through the menu Tools-> Options -> Privacy, you can access a control panel where you can define whether or not to accept the different types of cookies and proceed with their removal.
